Cancellation & No-Show Policy

The Gentle Cowgirl

At The Gentle Cowgirl, we understand that life happens and plans can change. At the same time, each lesson is scheduled carefully based on rider time, horse availability, and preparation.

24-Hour Notice Requirement

We kindly ask that all lesson cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.

Same-Day / Last-Minute Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled lesson time will be charged the full lesson fee.

No-Show Policy

  • A no-show is defined as missing a scheduled lesson without notice.

  • No-shows will be charged the full lesson fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or may result in limited scheduling availability.

Why This Matters

Our horses, time, and scheduling are thoughtfully managed to give each rider the best experience possible. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that time to other riders.
